ViaTalk offers one of the least expensive unlimited calling plans of any VOIP company. They also offer a very affordable unlimited international calling plan. In short, if you need a very inexpensive plan, ViaTalk may be your best option.

Features
ViaTalk offers a complete set of calling plan features, including all the basics such as voicemail, caller ID, call waiting, and 911 support. Their website lists 41 features that are included in their package, several of which are unique enough to mention:
Call Record
This feature (included at no extra charge) allows you to record your phone calls for later access. To use this feature, you just dial *99 before you dial the number - the phone call will be automatically recorded and can be downloaded at anytime from within your web admin panel.
Free 411 Directory
Traditional telephone companies still charge and arm a two legs if you dial 411 for information, but ViaTalk let's you use their service for free. For most people, this won't be a big deal, but it's certainly a nice gesture, at the least.
Message Broadcast
If you need to get a message out quickly to a group of people (up to 20), you can use the "Call Broadcast" to record and broadcast a message to the entire group. This feature is accessed from within the web control panel.
Pricing
ViaTalk is very affordable, even when compared to other VOIP providers. Their unlimited residential plan starts at $15.95/month (for a year subscription). They also occasionally run specials with significant savings.
